  • Responsibilities

    Receive and verify invoices and requisition of goods and services

    Preparing and processing payable checks

    Generating monthly reports for the company

    Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date

    Resolving the discrepancies related to invoices

    Maintaining vendor files

    Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable

    Review AR aging to ensure compliance

    Reconciliation of payments

    Assist in month end closing


    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

    Required skills: MS Word and MS Excel

    At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required

    Must be resourceful, resultdriven, keen to details. accountable and works with minimum supervision
