    We are currently looking for an HR & Admin Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day activities.

    The HR & Admin Assistant responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.

    Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.


    Organize and maintain personnel records

    Update HRIS databases with new information

    Create and distribute memos and guidelines about company policies

    Publish and remove job ads

    Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed

    Develop training and on-boarding material

    Prepare documentation for new hires

    Answer employee questions on HR-related issues

    Work with the payroll department to ensure consistency of records

    Create effective channels of communication between employees and management

    Prepare reports and presentations on HR and Admin-related metrics


    Previous work experience as an HR/Admin assistant or similar role

    Strong computer skills and experience with HR software

    Basic knowledge of labor laws, benefits and requirements

    Familiarity with hiring and firing policies

    Experience using spreadsheets

    Good verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent problem-solving skills

    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field

    Professional demeanor in handling conflict situations

    Expected Start Date: 7/05/2021
