  • DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation;

    2. Monitoring of refundable deposit movements;

    3. Monitoring of advance rental movements;

    4. Monthly update of lapsing schedule;

    5. Monthly closing of books; and

    6. Preparation of monthly financial statements.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Banking or related courses

    2. Preferably with at least six (6) months related experience

    3. Newly graduates with good academic record are highly encouraged to apply

    4. Must be highly analytical, organized and results oriented

    5. Has keen attention to details and possess good problem solving skills

    6. Computer proficient in MS Office like Excel and Word

    7. Good oral and written communication skills
