  • MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for an Accounts Administrator who will be working for our client who is based in Australia. Our client provides electrical and data installations for a wide variety of commercial and industrial clientele. They are committed to meet or exceed worldwide industry standards in both product and service

    As the Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for the processing of invoices and liaising with banks.

    Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

    •Generating and issuing debtor invoices in conjunction with the Project Managers whilst adhering to contract terms and deliverables.

    •Invoice approval for supplier invoices from Project Manager.

    •Data entry of supplier invoices to the software job management platform.

    •Follow up and management of supplier credits/stock returns.

    •Assist Finance Manager and/or Business Manager with the management of company insurances.

    •Management and liaison with the bank regarding bank guarantees.

    •Management and setup of client commercial accounts.

    •Working with the accounts staff based in the client’s office in Australia.

    To be qualified, you should be:

    •A degree holder in Commerce, Accounting, or any related field.

    •Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Accounts Administrator or other relevant role.

    •Experienced in processing invoices and liaising with banks.

    •Experience with simPRO is preferred but not essential.

    •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    •Excellent accounting software experience and administration skills.

    •Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

    •Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    •Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
