  • MVP has an exciting opportunity to fill the role of Administrative Assistant based in our Clark office. Our client delivers a range of custom design office equipment and due to rapid growth within Australia, we are now searching for an Administrative Assistant to support our client’s business.

    Key accountabilities of this role include:

    • Act as a first point of contact via telephone inquiries, and electronic communication (emails).

    • Provide generalists administrative support to the business units as required.

    • Book appointments, organize travel as directed, overseeing monthly calendars.

    • Maintenance of organizational records in accordance with statutory, program and organizational reporting requirements and ensure complete client confidentiality at all times.

    • The timely and accurate completion of administrative duties, which may include (but are not limited to): document/word processing, data capture reporting organizational information/registers management, office management support, data entry, reporting of spreadsheets.

    • Any requirements suggested by the client.

    The successful candidate will possess:

    • Experience in a similar administrative role.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and navigating new systems.

    • Experience in creating and maintaining new systems.

    • Excellent communications skills and comfortable in good emailing skills

    • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
