  • As the Recruitment & Client Engagement Officer your main responsibilities will be to achieve staffing objectives by following the MVP recruitment process.

    As the Recruitment & Client Engagement Officer you are responsible for managing client relationships and collaborating with the upper management to identifying recruitment needs. You will build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of our clients’ recruitment needs and requirements.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

    • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and job sites.

    • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

    • Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules with applicants and clients

    • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers

    • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.

    • Serves as liaison between the company and its clients to ensure client satisfaction

    • Interacts with existing clients and internal contacts as scheduled.

    • Organizes meeting with clients to discuss recruitment needs.

    • Organizes client interviews with applicants.

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must possess a College Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or equivalent.

    • Proven work experience for at least 5 years as a Recruitment and Client Engagement Officer.

    • Experience in Client Engagement is a must.

    • Background on using Applicant Tracking System preferably JobAdder.

    • Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
