  • MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for a Virtual Assistant who has a strong experience with Property Management.

    As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the provision of general assistance to our client who is a unique service provider for the property management industry based in Australia. Our client works with Real Estate Agencies, Property Management Firms, Developers, and Strata Organisations, to provide property managers and landlords with more efficient and cost-effective services.

    To be qualified, you should be:

    ➤ Must be female

    ➤ Computer literate including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    ➤ Must be meticulous and diligent when it comes to details.

    ➤ Well-developed customer services, communication, writing, and listening skills

    ➤ Preferably with knowledge and skills on property management, real estate, maintenance, and repairs.

    ➤ Background in Trust Accounting is a competitive advantage.

    ➤ Virtual Assistant Experience is a PLUS!

    ➤ An understanding of property maintenance, including plumbing and electrics.

    ➤ Great interpersonal skills.

    ➤ Creative problem solver.

    ➤ Willing to work in Angeles, Pampanga.

    ➤ Willing to work in a 6 am to 3 pm schedule.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    ➤ Responsible for forming a micro team with an Australian based Property Manager.

    ➤ A full-time employee and will report to a client based property manager and also a VPM operations manager based in Australia.

    ➤ Responsible for all designated or assigned tasks that free up the time of the client-facing.

    ➤ Will be involved with Property maintenance and repairs – including the coordination between tenants, tradesmen (tradies), landlords, and property managers.

    ➤ Coordinate property inspections, including property inspection reports.

    ➤ Pre-Tenanting – assisting the property manager with ‘good’ tenant selection, including tenant application and video interview review and applicant reference checking.

    ➤ General back-office administration, including Trust & General accounting.

    ➤ Will assist with the preparation of contracts and lease agreements, on behalf of the property manager.

    ➤ Assist the property manager to maintain a positive and high-quality relation between the tenants, the landlords, and the community.

    ➤ They will represent the landlords in all operations and in all public and official contexts.
