The SRD representative is responsible for providing personal and efficient consultative solutions to online advertising inquiries from small- and medium-sized businesses in North America.

    Overview of the Role:
    -Provide outstanding customer service and support to the client’s advertising and/or user inquiries
    -Recommend best practices for other platforms
    -Support SMBs through effective triage liaisons
    -Work together with advertising specialists, sales engineers and product team members towards service solutions
    -Tracking of accounts and maintaining conversion

    The Ideal Candidate:
    -Completed at least 2 years of university tenure
    -At least 1 year of BPO work experience in an inbound or outbound campaign
    Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
    -Excellent collaborative approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage client targets
    -Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
    -Familiarity with online advertising products and services
