    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Ensure compensation practices are complied. Calculate the correct overtime, deductions, bonuses, incentives, etc.

    Perform necessary calculations for government-mandated benefits such as SSS, Pag-ibig, and Phil-health.

    Submit a monthly report for all government-mandated benefits or premiums.

    Maintain client database.

    Handle, monitor and verification of employee attendance and payroll computations.

    Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.


    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.

    At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Required Skill(s): Accounting, Compensation, and Benefits, Government Benefits.

    Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Finance- General/Cost Accounting or Equivalent.

    Required language(s): English

    Excellent communication skills.

    Ability to work under pressure and can multitask.

    Comfortable working with foreigners.

    Computer literate (Excel and PPT)

    Ability to solve problems and can adapt easily to a fast pace environment.

    Applicants must be willing to work in MOA area, Pasay City.
