  • Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities:

     Ensure compensation practices are complied. Calculate the correct overtime, deductions, bonuses, incentives, etc.

     Perform necessary calculations for government-mandated benefits such as SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth.

     Submit a monthly report for all government-mandated benefits or premiums.

     Maintain client database.

     Handle, monitor and verification of employee attendance and payroll computations.

     Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.


     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.

     At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

     Required Skill(s): Accounting, Compensation, and Benefits, Government Benefits.

     Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Finance- General/Cost Accounting or Equivalent.

     Required language(s): English

     Excellent communication skills.

     Ability to work under pressure and can multitask.

     Comfortable working with foreigners.

     Computer literate (Excel and PPT)

     Ability to solve problems and can adapt easily to a fast pace environment.

     Applicants must be willing to work in MOA area, Pasay City.
