  • • Must have the ability to compute and post wages and deductions with employee hours worked

    • Must be extremely reliable since they are dealing with time-related issues

    • Must be capable of multi-tasking, planning and organizing details while communicating effectively with co-workers and employees.

    • Maintains attendance record accurately

    • Verifies attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments while tracking overtime hours

    • Responsible for keeping track of leave database.

    • Ensure that timekeeping summary is submitted on time for payroll purposes

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 3
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
