  • Job Summary:

    To handle general accounting works and to supervise the Billing & Collection Unit.

    Job Description:

    1. For General Accounting, tasks are as follows:

    a. Disbursements

    b. Cash Management – including bank reconciliation, and daily Cash Position Report preparation;

    c. Government and BIR reporting;

    d. Validation and overseeing of Billing & Collections reports;

    e. Preparation of monthly financial reports (actuals vs. budget);

    f. Preparation of audit schedules and coordination with External Auditors to help facilitate the release of timely AFS.

    2. Supervision of the Billing and Collection Assistants who are doing the following:

    a. Monthly generation and release of SOA for all unit owners;

    b. Daily collection posting and receipting;

    c. Aging of accounts and sending of Notices;

    d. Preparation of daily and monthly reports on AR;

    e. Deposit of Collections

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

    • With at least 3-5 years’ experience in similar field

    • Must be a CPA

    • Preferably Female

    • A person with high level of integrity and uncompromising authority

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
