  • The candidate must have the necessary Accounting experience, knowledge and skills to do the following:

    * Preparation of Monthly VAT Remittances, EWT & Compensation

    * Bank reconciliation of all banks (receipts and disbursements)

    * Alphalist (BIR Relief & SAWT)

    * Preparation of Audit Schedules

    * Daily CPR

    * Monthly cashflow & financial statements

    * Preparation of collection report (Excel and SAP/Quickbooks generated)

    * Willingness to accept greater responsibility in the future

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    * Must have work experience preferably in real estate doing Finance/General Accounting, AP/A/R,Analysis and Reconciliation, Payments & Disbursements

    * SAP knowledge is an advantage

    * Ability to multi-task

    * Willing to work in either of the two offices - Makati and Bacoor, Cavite

  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, SAP, Audit, Budget, Accounting
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
