  • • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
    • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): MS Office.
    • With at least 3 years of solid working experienced as a purchaser of construction and hardware materials an advantage.
    • Open minded to multi-tasking work
    • Full-time position available
    Responsibilities:
    • Provides general support to Sales and Marketing Department.
    • Responsible for the receiving and pricing of RFQ’s from different agencies, Public and Private.
    • Process purchase orders of winning bids for different Government agencies.
    • Responsible for Procurement of various goods and services and obtaining documentation regarding Supply, Installation and delivery of various Hardware and Construction, Electrical materials and the like.
    • Communicate with vendors and customers to gather information and solve problems.
    • Reviews, prepares, verifies and tabulate quotes and ensure accurate payments of purchase orders.
    • Maintains vendor contracts and follow through with vendors on shipment and delivery.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 3
  • Language(s): Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
