OAM is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for Clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.

    Our client is a Telco Account

    RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Identifies and resolves customer concerns and problems

    - Perform other tasks as required by the client

    - College degree from an accredited college or university preferred

    - At least six (6) months BPO experience

    - Exceptional written and verbal English

    - Able to navigate through smart phone and computer applications

    - Exceptional problem-solving skill

    - Willing to work in Makati
