OAM is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for Clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.

    Our client is a women’s intimates company based in New York City. The company manufactures and sells lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, activewear, and other products. The brand offers inclusive intimates in sizes ranging from petite to plus.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Assist customers via email, identifying and resolving problems

    - Regularly aim to improve the quality of customer interactions

    - Be a team player; have fun and work with a team to hit client targets

    - Perform other tasks as required by the client

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    - At least High School/K12 graduate

    - Six (6) months BPO experience or experience in providing support via email

    - Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills

    - Basic computer technical skills

    - A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail

    - Ability to empathize with users and create a positive user experience

    - Willing to work in Makati
