  • About the Company

    Open Access BPO has been providing business process and call center outsourcing solutions to a host of international clients since 2006. OA is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its five (5) operational centers.

    Job Description:

    • Engaged in the end-to-end recruitment process.

    • Sources out and screens candidates based on requirements and skillsets.

    • Facilitates and administers exams both online and onsite through various communication mediums

    • Conducts and administers preliminary or initial interviews

    • Facilitates and assist international clients during the final step of the recruitment process

    • Ensures a successful onboarding process, making sure both training details and pre-employment requirements are well-communicated and accomplished.

    • Constantly updates both candidates and operations regarding the on process hiring status updates

    • Performs other clerical duties such as: filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, government mandatory benefits and scheduling of meetings and other HR related tasks.

    Job Description:

    • Any Bachelor of Arts or Sciences course/s graduate. Fresh grads are welcome to apply

    • Proficient in written and verbal English

    • Willing to work onsite and at home (Hybrid). W/ FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE

    • Focused, good decision-making and problem-solver

    • Compliant and to start ASAP


    Salary (15K), health card, company benefits, free shuttle service from home for NCR and nearby residents only
