     Open Access has been providing business process and call center outsourcing solutions to a host of international clients since 2006. Open Access is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for Clients around the world from its Makati, Philippines operations centers.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Post jobs ad on all job portals and social media sites

    • Source candidates based on manpower requirements

    • Help sort resumes and applications for job openings

    • Arrange interviews by sending text messages, calling or emailing candidates

    • Conduct preliminary or initial interviews

    • Administer all necessary exams to applicants according to campaign requirements

    • Facilitate client interviews if needed

    • Participate in recruitment events

    • Perform other HR and Recruitment related tasks

    • Provide horizontal support to other staff members of the HR department

    • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning and scheduling of meetings related to recruitment

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of any bachelor course/s

    • Willing to work in Makati and can start immediately

    • Excellent in verbal and written English
