    Description


  • Virtual Assistant will organize and update files, answer calls and emails, and assist in creating presentation and sales materials. The ideal candidate should be tech savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answers and directs phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails
    • Prepares and organizes databases and reports
    • Manages social media accounts and replies
    • Handles confidential employer and client information
    • Takes notes or transcribe meetings
    • Schedules meetings and arrange employer’s calendar; schedule meeting spaces and conference rooms
    • Arranges payments for vendors, travel, and sales expenses
    • Manages filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
    • Checks import/export documentation to determine cargo contents, and classify goods into different fee using the client’s coding system
    • Contacts vendors and/or claims adjustment departments in order to resolve problems with shipments, or contact service depots to arrange for repairs

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • With 3 years of experience as an Admin or Virtual Assistant
    • With an understanding of domestic and international shipping and logistics regulations
    • Highly organized multi-tasker who works well with fast-paced directions and instructions
    • Demonstrates excellent time management
    • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
    • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
