  • • Graduate of any four year Business course

    • Two years of customer service experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment

    • Customer service, order management / order entry experience

    • SAP experience is a plus

    • Business and conversational language proficiency – Spanish

    • Good English communication skills

    • Ability to work in a team environment

    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent attendance history

    • Ability to learn quickly

    • Ability to resolve customer inquiries

    • Willing to work on the night shift
