  • • Answer calls and respond to emails

    • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

    • Manage and resolve customer complaints

    • Provide customers with product and service information

    • Follow up customer calls where necessary

    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

    Qualifications and Tools needed below:

    -At least senior high school graduate

    -At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate

    -Preferably with 6 months call center experience

    -Can start ASAP

    Tools Requirements needed:

    A minimum upload speed of 5 MBPS

    Minimum download speed of 10 MBPS

    A wired connection from modem/router to PC

    Conductive workspace away from distractions

    Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
