  • * Answer calls and respond to emails

    * Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

    * Provide customers with product and service information

    * Route calls to appropriate resource

    * Follow up customer calls where necessary

    Basic Qualifications:

    •At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate

    •Minimum of 1 year CCE (voice account)

    •Must have a wifi connection of at least 25mbps

    •Average to excellent English communication skills

    •Can start ASAP
