  • • Answer calls and respond to emails

    • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

    • Manage and resolve customer complaints

    • Provide customers with product and service information

    • Follow up customer calls where necessary

    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    -At least college level or a high school/senior high school graduate

    -Preferably has call center experience but not required

    -Strong spoken and written English competency required

    · Typing speed of 25-30 wpm

    -Willing to start immediately
