  • * Answer calls and respond to emails

    * Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

    * Provide customers with product and service information

    * Route calls to appropriate resource

    * Follow up customer calls where necessary

    Basic Qualifications:

    •Preferably a college graduate of any course

    •Customer service experienced will be an advantage but not required

    •Willing to work onsite

    •Willing to start immediately
