  • Job Description:


    • Sources both active and passive candidates through different job boards, branding initiatives, employee referrals and networking.

    • Conducts paper screening and phone screening of sourced candidates

    • Coordinates initial interview schedules

    • Updates and maintains sourcing reports as necessary


    • Responsible for discussion, collection, follow up, checking, compliance monitoring and records keeping of all pre-employment requirements among new hires (documents and certificates, clearances, IDs and government issued numbers, medical examination, background investigation reports, IC exam results and other licensing requirements, etc.

    • Coordinates with various team within the company (Sales\ Support, Licensing, DL&D etc.) to complete specific onboarding tasks in a timely manner (License Codes, LMS account creation, Gmail creation, ID processing, etc.)

    • Timely and accurately creates new hire profile using Your Employee System (YES)

    • Coordinates and assist new hires with IC examination schedule through Agent Computerized Examination (ACE) system

    • Guides new hires and checks licensing requirements for seamless and timely release of FE license

    • Coordinates with 3rd party vendors in completing various onboarding processes and also in addressing basic issues (Metrobank for Payroll Account Creation, Background Investigation partner/s, Clinic partner for medical exam, various establishments for logistics of Recruitment events etc.)

    • Prepares Employment Contracts for all external hires and ensures proper handling and keeping

    • Utilizes My AXA Budget in managing and filing various expenses incurred from different 3rd party vendors, recruitment events, office supplies replenishment, etc.

    a. Performs adhoc tasks assigned as necessary (maintaining various recruitment reports, assisting in COP logistics, scanning and migration of 201 files, etc.)


    • Graduate of any 4-year-course preferably BS Business Administration major in Human Resource Management or BS/BA Psychology

    • At least 1 year of work experience in an HR administrative role and sourcing are required

    • Highly proficient in MS Office Applications and trainable in using business-specific computer systems

    • Can start asap

    • Willing to undergo project-based employment until December 31
