  • Job Brief

    Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates, promote our company’s brand and build a strong talent pipeline for IT positions.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop recruiting strategies to meet our staffing needs

    • Review job orders and applications to match applicants with the requirements

    • Search for candidates using various sources such as databases, job boards, networking, referrals, internet or social media advertisement

    • Shortlist, interview and select applicants for client endorsement; create recommendations if required

    • Coordinate and/or arrange phone/face-to-face interviews with the clients and ensure 100% show up rate of every applicants

    • Update applicants’ status, maintain recruitment records and daily report.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline

    • 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably from consulting industry

    • Fresh graduates with internship experience in recruitment can be considered

    • Excellent communication skills with strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships

    • Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
