  • Job Description:

    • Support in planning, implementing and facilities equipment maintenance program with superior.

    • Manage daily operations, repair and improve preventive maintenance system.

    • Manage subordinate engineers and technician personnel.

    • Read and interpret project work order and determine required materials/equipment and prepare execution.

    • Control and manage budget and expense of facility operation and maintenance.

    • Other tasks may be included in needed

    Requirements:

    MUST

    *College graduate, with REE (Registered Electrical Engineer)

    *Living not too far from the Technopark, around Lipa and Tanauan area

    *Have a good oral and written communication skills.

    PREFER

    -With experience as facility engineer, PCO, or safety officer

    -Preferably with SO2

    -With experience working in Japanese manufacturing company

    - still connected to company in the same techno park(LIMA)

    Work Condition:

    (1) Working Location: Lipa City Batangas

    (2) Address: Batangas City

    (3) Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM

    (4) Holidays: Sundays

    National Holidays

    (5) Salary: 15,000-20,000
