  • IOC System Engineer L1 is the 1st line of support for the company with a 24/7 rotation of shift.

    Tasks include install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve business operating environment. They also maintain the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure. This includes monitoring the operating environments; responding to incidents, problems and planning for growth. IOC System Engineer L1 must possess a customer-oriented mind-set to put user’s priority first even if it is physical or remote users and to keep the business running by ensuring maximum uptime of IT equipment’s.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Knowledge and experience in PHP Programming/Scripting is a plus.

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

    • Required language(s): English

    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.

    • Temporarily on work from home arrangement. May require to visit the office or do fieldwork from time to time.

    With knowledge in DNS/reverse proxy/active directory/VPN

    • Amenable to work in shifting schedules.

    • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
