    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    KRA I: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADMINISTRATION

    Ensure to facilitate, process, update and monitor all employee disciplinary record

    Implement disciplinary measures and ensure consistency in reinforcement in accordance to company rules and regulations and in accordance to law.

    Review and recommend appropriate disciplinary action for each case.

    Review, recommend and interpret policies related to labor/government amendment or new policies.

    Provide report on update/progress of incidents reports and/or disciplinary action.

    Conduct exit interview. Create a comprehensive report regarding turnover. Monitor employee clearances.

    Intermittent roving in branches for spot audit.

    Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

    KRA II: EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT MANAGEMENT

    Conceptualize and implement programs for engagement activities related to employees (Anniversary programs, season events, wellness programs)

    Job Specifications:

    At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

    Full-Time position(s) available.

    Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
