  • Your Responsibilities:

    - Develop and administer human resources plans, processes and procedures.

    - Recommend new HR policies and approaches.

    - Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.

    - Plan, organize and control the activities and actions of the HR department.

    - Implement the company’s compensation and benefits programs.

    - Analyze and update the company’s salary budget.

    - Implement corrective actions and maintain affirmative action programs
