  • Description

    Job Summary:
    Implements activities related to sourcing, screening and job placement of candidates.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Manages the end-to-end recruitment process
    a. Sourcing;
    b. Screening of submitted resumes against required requirements;
    c. Scheduling of qualified candidates for HR processing;
    d. Exam administration;
    e. Conducting of HR interviews;
    f. Endorsing short listed candidates to the requesting party for further processing;
    g. Selection and job placement.

    2. Posts job openings in the company website, on-line search engines, headhunters and other sourcing methods as well as coordinates with third party manpower service providers to source applicants.

    3. Assists in the benchmarking of sourcing strategies. Initiates the tagging of applicants as well as generates and ensures that recruitment-related reports are updated such as weekly lead generation report and selection report.

    4. Maintains the applicant database/ resume bank and files of processed applications.

    5. Regularly updates the requesting department regarding recruitment requests through status reports.

    6. Posts job ads/ openings for internal candidates

    7. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


    - Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
    - Must have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the retail industry
    - Experience in volume hiring is preferred
    - Must have good verbal and written communication skills
    - Creative, analytical and highly detail oriented
    - Strong sourcing skills
    - Proficient in various MS Office/Open Office applications
    - Must be willing to do field work
