  • Responsibilities:

    Shall provide technical/administrative to the HRAD Head in the implementation and development of HR programs;

    Facilitates processing of all company and government-mandated benefits such as Philhealth, SSS, HMDF (Pag-ibig)

    Maintains accurate timekeeping, attendance-related records for the purpose of payroll distribution

    Prepares inter-office memorandums and facilitates distribution to different department units

    Provides accurate information regarding manpower headcount, employment status of employees, etc.

    Maintains the accuracy of all company records thru effective filing of all employee documents and records

    Encodes information of newly hired employees to orient/enroll them on the existing HRIS system

    Qualifications:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

    Has at least one (1) year of working experience in performing activities pertaining to recruitment, and/or employee relations

    Has good communication skills

    Familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code, as well as other pertinent labor laws is an advantage

    Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
