  • Roles and Responsibilities

    The Bookings Coordinator's main tasks are to call customers to arrange the annual test of client products; negotiate a mutually convenient time for the technician to attend properties; create schedules for technicians to ensure their allotted time is maximised; meet individual and team targets including calls per day and appointments booked; build rapport with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords.

    Required Experience:

    Previous call centre/customer service experience

    A Successful Candidate must have:

    Tech-savvy skills

    Ability to speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Strong attention to detail 

    Ability to do multiple tasks

    Flexibility to work between Mondays to Fridays (morning to night and limited Saturday AM shifts at times)

    Proficient with:

    Google Maps
