  • Roles and Responsibilities

    As the Customer Service Representative, you will answer and provide assistance over the phone, email, and live chat support. It is your responsibility to answer customer queries, provide the right description regarding the company's products and services, resolve concerns, and deliver a great customer service.

    Required Experience:

    More than 1 year of BPO experience

    CSR/TSR background

    A Successful Candidate must have:

    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

    Excellent customer service skills

    Keen attention to detail

    Tech-savvy

    Proficient with:

    CRM

    MS Office

    Experience Advantage:

    Background in Sales
