  • Customer Service Representative for Real Estate Account!

    Tired of working on night shifts? We are looking for someone hungry to learn new things in Real Estate business.

    We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is proficient in English communication.

    You will be answering phone calls, handling inbound buyer/tenant enquiries, handing current tenant issues, liaising with sales agents, communicating with property managers and responding to chat and email.

    To do well in this role you need to have a positive attitude and a great phone manner. Being pleasant at all times even though a situation may cause you to get frustrated at times. Stay calm is the key and using your skills to resolve the issue in a win-win matter is the important thing.

    Required Experience:

    More than 1 year of experience in BPO handling customer service role.

    More than 6 months of experience doing administrative & clerical work.  

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Proficient in English communication skills (written and verbal)

    A Successful Candidate must have:

    Proven customer support experience

    Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

    Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

    Ability to learn quickly

    Ability to work under pressure

    Ability to resolve conflict

    Adaptability

    Strong attention to detail

    Patience

    Market knowledge

    Good in negotiating

    Positive attitude

    Problem-solving skills

    Top Skills & Proficiencies:

    Documentation, Listening & Phone Skills

    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    Experience Advantage:

    Real Estate experienced is a plus!
