  • Roles and Responsibilities

    The Export Coordinator tasks are to book air and sea freight with carriers, provide data entry into the moving system, accommodate lodgement with Australian customs, arrange shipping equipment (containers), check costs and approve invoices, create and forward documentation, arrange container entry into ports/terminals, liaise with overseas partners, notify clients and agents upon departure, and perform other export related tasks as required.

    Required Experience:

    More than 1 year of Admin / Back Office / Logistics experience

    A Successful Candidate must have:

    Excellent communication skills

    High attention to details

    Proficient with:

    CRM

    MS Office

    Experience Advantage:

    Customer Service
