  • Responsibilities:

    1. Take multiple chats at any one time whilst ensuring the same degree of quality.

    2. Engage with visitors in a polite and professional manner.

    3. Ensure professional English language is used at all times

    4. Have the ability to adjust canned answers and add well written off script and

    engagement.

    5. Follow all account processes and procedures.

    6. Effectively follow processes and guidelines specific to each client.

    7. Tag chats appropriately and within time constraints.

    8. Make up leads in a timely manner to ensure they are able to be sent within 15

    minutes.

    9. Ensure leads are accurate and of high quality, following the checklist.

    Requirements:

    1. Fluent in spoken and written British English;

    2. Educated to Degree level (English preferred);

    3. Understanding live chat and experience with live chat platforms would be an

    advantage;

    4. Typing speed of at least 55WPM;

    5. Demonstrable ability to understand and respond appropriately to off-message user

    questions; and

    6. Team player who loves working collaboratively in an innovative, fast growing & challenging environment.
