    What you’ll be doing:

    As a Senior Team Lead, you are responsible to supervise and manage a team of Registered Nurses performing clinical case reviews of medication coverage and determination requests.

    What you’ll bring to us:

    • Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of the business support, technical or production team or unit

    • Provide leadership, direction and guidance to the team to ensure clinical case quality, productivity, and regulatory goals and requirements are achieved.

    • Participates and provides representation for Prior Authorization team in inter-department meetings and workgroups to ensure Prior Authorization department issues and needs are addressed

    • Participates in quality improvement and process enhancement projects.

    • And setting a positive work environment and achieves teamwork and innovation among employees.

    What you’ll be needing:

    • Bachelor Degree in Science Nursing, current/Active, unrestricted U.S. nursing credentials

    • 2+ years clinical experience in a hospital, acute care, home health / hospice, direct care, case management, or utilization review

    • 1+ year experience working as lead or supervisor or equivalent experience within a team of nurses including managing operations of a work unit.

    • Adept with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office with basic computer skills, and web-based navigation

    • Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnosis.

    • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
