  • A. Facilitates the administration of health benefits to all the members of the account through proper coordination between the broker and the provider.

    B. Assists the broker and the provider.

    C. Handles all inquiries, concerns, and request of members relative to the program.

    D. Assists the members in their Philhealth requirements.

    E. Efficient records-keeping of clients HMO program which may include contract, addenda, utilization, members' claims reimbursement.

    F. Performs miscellaneous job- related duties as assigned.
