  • PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Primarily responsible for assisting the formulation, monitoring and implementation of the Sales Programs necessary for the attainment of sales objectives.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    A. SALES PLANNING

    1. Provides monthly sales forecast per model for projection of ordering and recommends order volume per model to meet sales targets.

    2. Ensures timely availability of units to meet volume requirements.

    3. Provides dealer’s monthly/two-month forecast as basis for production and allocation of units.

    4. Provides direction to the Sales & Distribution Department and implements sales programs to ensure achievement of Sales Plans set by the management.

    5. Prepares, monitors and recommends dealer target and metrics necessary to ensure achievement of individual dealer performance.

    6. Timely and accurately prepares management reports of inventory and sales : Monthly Sales & Inventory, Daily Sales Report, CAMPI Sales Report.

    7. Prepares monthly/variant forecasts, projections and recommendations; Monthly Market Potential/Dealer Capacity Analysis based on industry figures, weekly deliveries setting; daily deliveries target setting

    B. DISTRIBUTION

    1. Responsible in the total management of dealer accounts from allocation of units and solicitation of sales to optimize sales potentials.

    2. Implements policies and procedures to ensure optimum sales distribution necessary to further sales targets.

    3. Manages monthly dealer allocation of units including fleet sales requirement.

    4. Timely collates and consolidates Dealer Firm and Forecasts Orders.

    5. Consistently implements dealer term of payment per unit pull out.

    6. Monitors and review dealer payment of sold units and recommends collection terms whenever necessary.

    7. Performs other tasks assigned by the First Vice President for Chery Business.

    EDUCATION

    Graduate of 4 year course preferably Marketing, Communication Arts, or Business Management.

    EXPERIENCE

    With at least 5 years in sales distribution experience in Automotive or service oriented organizations.

    KNOWLEDGE

    Knowledge of market research, dealer operations and sales Selling strategies
