• - Prepare and monitor government contributions of the employees.

    - Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

    - Maintain and monitor 201 file of employees.

    - Provide general support to visitor.

    - Maintain contact list.

    - In charge of managing the company government permits.

    - Support accounting officer in payroll process and other accounting matters.

    - Support the accounting in preparing, updating and processing expense reports.

    - Monitor and track attendance and leave credits of the employees.

    - Arrange company events such as annual company team building and Christmas thanksgiving.

    - In charge of maintaining the company job posting engine.

    - Source and invite qualified applicants.

    - Prepare pre-employment exam and interview of the applicants.

    - Schedule new hire orientations and maintain orientation materials.

    - Prepare job order and contracts of the newly hired employees.

    - Conduct evaluation for the employees under probationary.

    - Prepare regularization papers of the employees.

    - Prepare memo for employees (for example tardiness, AWOL, dress code, absences)

    - Perform other administrative duties as required.
