    At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

    Excellent customer service skills.

    Able to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.

    Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

    Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with impending deadlines and/or established timeframes.

    Attention to detail.

    Competent in public speaking, able to speak to groups of people with enthusiasm and professionalism.
