  • Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform administrative duties

    • Input listings in the website and CRM

    • Check Transaction Compliance - Ensure deadlines are met and documents are moving accordingly

    • Support the Client in day to day operations, including calendar management and meetings

    • Support client correspondence including email management and following up on transactions

    • Other tasks that may be assigned relevant to the role

    Must Haves:

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate industry

    • At least 2 years of Virtual Assistance experience

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Strong administrative and organizational skills

    • Proactive and can work under pressure

    Home Office Requirements:

    Please only apply for this role if you have the following home office requirements:

    · Perfectly working headset and webcam

    · Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps

    · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X

    · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
