  • Job Description

    Project Managers assist in the execution of client campaigns and projects by managing for the highest-quality client experience and results by monitoring all project processes and operations for time and resource efficiencies, cost management, and process improvement opportunities.

    This individual is responsible for the project plan based on information provided in the strategy and the determination of job level.

    He or she owns the process inception to completion, including participation in creation of project schedule, managing resources for deliverables, raising red flags as issues arise and ensuring adherence to the approval process.


    - Work with Senior Director of Operations and Project Management to manage and plan creative resources.

    - Keep the Director of Project Management aware of progress on each project and raise any concerns as quickly as possible.

    - Develop and maintain project schedule, estimate and weekly status.

    - Complete project set up activities.

    - Job open.

    - Set up folders.

    - Communicate schedule.

    - Communicate time budget.

    - Input project information into all PM documents (resource report, status).

    - Schedule and lead project kick-off meeting (as it relates to schedule, job level, folder structure and location, SOW, creative assets, etc.).

    - Initiate and conduct formal team status meetings, document risks and issues for internal purposes.

    - Identify out-of-scope activities.

    - Manage change requests initiated by the account team to ensure delivery and completion by full team.

    - Maintain documented history of job.

    - Ensure every necessary step and approval to complete the project to the agency’s standards.

    Must Haves

    - A minimum of 2+ years of project management experience from a traditional advertising agency setting.

    - Solid understanding of print, digital, broadcast and events production.

    - A self-starter who is curious.

    - Extremely detailed oriented and organized.

    - Excellent writing and communication skills.

    - Cool, calm, collected and collaborative.

    - Proficient in G Suite, Basecamp, Adobe Acrobat Professional and MS Office

    Home Office Requirements
