    The client is a medical alert company, they provide seniors and disabled individuals with medical alert systems in their homes.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Provide customer service support
    • Reach out to clients to ask inquiries
    • Gather feedback from client
    • Other ad-hoc tasks as requested

    SKills:

    • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
    • Strong command of the English language both spoken and written
    • Strong background in customer service
    • Excellent phone and email etiquette
    • Possesses a pleasing personality
    • Well organized and able to work well under pressure
    • Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - US EST
    • Amenable to start immediately
