  • Client Information:

    The Company is a project management consultancy and they focus on success by managing all of the internal and external stakeholders, vendor deliverables, and dependencies for large projects. This gives their clients the peace of mind needed to delegate the details that will make their project a success. All of their consultants are certified project management experts and they always make sure to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.

    Responsibilities:

    • Daily status meeting with the CEO to review action items.

    • Follow up calls to prospects who have clicked or opened campaign emails

    • Generate reports in excel for timesheets and client billing

    • Maintain the CEOs calendars - keep calendars in sync

    • Other ad-hoc tasks related to the role

    Must Haves:

    • At least 2 years of experience in executive assistance and lead generation, or any relevant roles

    • Experience in MS office suite

    • Intermediate to expert Excel skills

    • Experience in HubSpot, lead generation, and making follow up calls

    Nice to Haves:

    • Experience in Smartsheet and Freshbooks accounting (training will be provided)

    Work Schedule: 9:00am - 1:00pm Eastern Daylight Time

    Home Office Requirements:

    · Perfectly working headset and webcam

    · Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps

    · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X

    · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

    · A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
