  • Job Description:

    · Reach out to sourced candidates by connecting with them in LinkedIn, sending them emails, text messages, or calling them

    · Follow up with sourced candidates and get their responses if interested or not

    · Update the excel spreadsheet with the responses from the candidates

    · Schedule the interested candidates for a call with the Account Managers

    · Upload candidates' resumes in the CRM system (BULLHORN)

    · Upload sourced candidates into the excel spreadsheet and update notes and contact information at all times

    · Send confirmation emails to candidates regarding any interviews or any relevant information

    · Obtain documents when required from the candidates and upload into CRM · Upload new Job Orders into CRM system

    · Provide any administrative assistance that the Account Managers require in order to make the sale

    · Source for candidates

    Must Haves:

    · At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or relevant roles

    · Basic use of Excel

    · Good written and spoken English

    · Persistent

    · Be willing to open a LinkedIn account and use it frequently for work

    · Be flexible and hardworking

    · Be personable

    · Very Organized

    Nice to Haves:

    · Previous experience in CRM

    Home Office Requirements:

    · Perfectly working headset and webcam

    · Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps

    · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X

    · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

    · A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
