  • Client Information:

    The Client is a startup social development company that specializes in blockchain based solutions. While they are developing a social media product, they are also open to client projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Email and Calendar Management

    • Arrange/Set up meetings with clients

    • Add expenses to business CMS and migrate any previous date from the old system to the new one

    • Arrange bookings on the client's behalf

    • Follow up on unpaid invoices

    • General administrative tasks

    Must Haves:

    • At least 1-2 years of admin or virtual assistance experience

    • Xero experience

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Sense of accuracy and keen attention to detail

    Home Office Requirements:

    Please only apply for this role if you have the following home office requirements:

    · Perfectly working headset and webcam

    · Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps

    · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X

    · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

    · A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
