  • Primary Role:

    - Check and guide customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs by - a variety of communication channels, it is blended of voice, email or chat.

    - Will navigate different tools for more effective customer service provision.

    - Respond and resolve inquiries with active listening and empathy– identifying additional needs and support any upgrades in products and services.

    Qualifications and Educational Attainment:

    - Candidates must at least 2-yr completed in college.

    - At least has 6 mos. Call center exp.

    - Has average to good comm skills.

    - Residing near or in Metro Manila only.

    - Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

    - Has an active listening skill.
