    Provide administrative support and assistance of the day to day activities of an Executive in the Company to ensure the smooth operation of the business. These also include maintains, updates and monitor of the daily activities and schedule. Prepare minutes of the meeting; Note-taking; Diary and appointment management; Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.


    1) Female Only; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Business Management, Office Administration or any related course with accounting background.

    2.) Must have at least 2 to 3 year experience as an assistant or in the same field.

    3) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    4) Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.

    5.) Can work multitasking and with minimal supervision

    6.) With good communications skills (Written/Verbal)

    7.) Computer literate (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
